Pre-Mobilization Guide

Everything to prepare before your NYSC mobilization begins.

What Is NYSC Mobilization?

Mobilization is the process by which eligible graduates are called up for the National Youth Service Corps. It begins after your institution submits the Senate-approved list and you complete online registration.

Once mobilized, you will receive a Call-up Letter (Green Card) indicating your deployment state and camp reporting date.

Pre-Mobilization Checklist

Before heading to camp, ensure you have:

• Completed online registration on the NYSC portal

• Printed your Call-up Letter (Green Card)

• Obtained a medical fitness certificate from a government hospital

• Gathered all required documents (original credentials, ID, passport photos)

• Packed appropriate clothing and personal items for 3 weeks at camp

• Informed family members of your deployment state and camp address
